Summary:
- Receive all requests, inquiries, repairs from all Oakley accounts and
customers
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assist the Supervisor in the Customer Service Department with regards to
customer assistance in the Oakley Japan Call Center.
-Assist the Supervisor in the Customer Service Department with regards to
repairs of warranty product.
-Assist the Supervisor in the service of walk in Oakley customers
-Assist the Supervisor in the maintaining of customer service data and
mailing lists.
-Assist the Supervisor in the processing of data and SAP related functions.
-Other such duties, which may be assigned from time to time by the
Supervisor of customer service.
-Operate and resolve customer requests, questions and complaints in phone
conversation
-Operate Oakley products in warranty and repair
-Operate and resolve requests, questions and complaints from
walk-in-customers
-Manage conduct and update all data of customers
-Update and calculate customer data by utilizing SAP system
-Report and review all CS updates to US headquarters
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Customer service division or call center preferred
-Basic PC operation skill preferred iWindows XP Office,Excel,Word&Outlook
