DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary:
The main function is to process daily orders from the customers in Japan.
The position has to ensure that orders being processed based on certain
level of requirements, and on timely basis to meet the committed Order
Processing lead time. It is expected that this role to monitor the order
status to ensure that order being processed and fulfilled properly before
passing the Order Entry Form to finance for final billing. Besides, the
position has to perform some basic customer service activities such as
response to daily order & fulfillment related request or queries.
