Responsibilities:
- Ensure standard work practices.
- Work closely with QC manager to ensure all quality assurance activities.
- Improve operations processes and motivate operations team to realize
productivity savings.
Qualifications:
- 8 or more years experience in Production Section including management in
food or beverage industry.
- Proven leadership & results in development and implementation of operation
business and people plans.
- Proven experience and results in development and execution of Production
Plan.
- Strong interest in improving productivity, quality, safety and W-L balance
via. factory automation.
- Ability to motivate, communicate, align, and influence team members
