TELL Community Counseling Service is a non-profit organization which
offers professional, accredited face-to-face counseling on a flexible
fee scale and thousands of hours of counseling are given each year. We
provide individual, couple, child and family counseling in English,
Japanese, Hindi, Spanish and German. We serve both international and
Japanese clients.
TELL is looking to hire a workshop program coordinator. The purpose of
this position is to manage and oversee Tokyo English life Linefs
workshop activities. This position will involve coordinating, marketing
and delivering workshops and educational programs, as well as be
responsible for program development based on community needs.
This position is a 0.2 (equivalent to 8 hours per week) part-time
salaried position. The contract will be for 6 months, with the
possibility of extension. This position will be based at TELLfs
offices in Minami Aoyama. This position will be administratively
supported by the Clinical Services Coordinator.
Selection Criteria
Essential criteria:
Experience with presenting workshops in the field of mental health
Experience in developing and presenting work-place training sessions
Ability to supervise workshop facilitators Experience in program
development and project management Ability to work with minimal
supervision
Desirable criteria:
Experience in the business environment
Background in organizational psychology
