DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
-Negotiate and implement professional supplier relationship with
independent hotels, hotel chains, hotel management companies, hotel
representation companies, technology suppliers to these markets.
-Develop and implement a sales strategy to ensure business growth and
contract renewal for the assigned markets
-Identify key contacts within each customer location and build strong
business relationship for assigned accounts
-Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction and
retention of assigned customer portfolio
-Play an active role in the development effort in relation to
introduction of new clients and revenue growth of existing clients
-Constantly measure performance against the revenue forecast and quotas.
-Provide revenue forecasts as agreed with Regional Director, Business
Development, Asia Pacific.
-Negotiate and implement professional supplier relationship with major
agency groups, consortia, corporations, tour operators, traditional
offline and online wholesale agencies and other consumer websites.
-Contribute to and initiate discussions with Sales, Product Management
and Service Delivery groups on initiatives to increase revenue volumes
from assigned markets
-Develop presentations and proposals in local language for the
acquisition of new business and growth of existing business in these
markets
