DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary:
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts, to achieve
company
revenue goals and individual sales quota through the sale of Data Center
services and
products to the customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end account management, solution sales, and
management to
cater to customers' technology requirements
- Manages complete pre-sales (prospecting, account and relationship
development,
requirements gathering) and post-sales cycles (team coordination, project
management, service delivery and operational support)
- Works closely with major clients on business requirements for
provision of managed
network infrastructure, telecommunications, internet services and
enterprise
messaging
- Work closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Customer Fulfillment and
Support, Sales Operations, Operations, and other staff in order to
manage long-term
relationships with customers

- Proficient with PC's to assist in lead tracking, forecasting, customer
proposals, and
email
- Able to operate independently and remotely
- Able to manage high-level activity. Contact with clients, vendors is
desirable
- Must be able to travel when needed
