DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
-Define the product, pricing, customer selection, and sales strategies
for the region and lead the sales team in the region to promote business
growth and achieve annual sales target.
-Define, monitor and drive sales strategy for the region
-Manage sales managers to ensure they meet their individual sales targets
-Identify new markets and customers for future business growth
-Manage and motivate mangement teams to drive sales teams to achieve
sales targets
-Recommend new product development for business units
-Define customer growth strategy
-Align company's business strategy with sales targets
Experience and Attributes Required:
-10+ years of related business experience, with at least 5 years of
management experience in sizable organization in industrial field, with
sales and business development exposure in the region
-Proven track record in successfully developing and implementing
business strategies in the region
-Strong skills in strategic marketing, customer relationship management,
sales management, project management, as well as setting up pricing
strategy and developing customer segmentation
-Strong leadership and business acumen
-In-depth knowledge of the market
