DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Engineer has responsibility
for the Japan Automotive Sales function to develop business with
existing customers as well as new customers. Responsibilities also
include process management, quality control and customer satisfaction.
Ability to meet the sales budget is critical.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and recommendation of the right product to key customers.
- Work with Application Engineer to provide technical solutions.
- Raise specific application issues between Business units and Customers.
- Provide market intelligence.
- Promote new motor technology.
- Price negotiation and close deals.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of applications that use motors.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, communication and negotiation.
- Automotive industry sales experience.
