Responsibilities
This position is to lead and develop the regional field sales to deliver
the sustainable profitable growth of business, through powerful sales
executions in the region.
- Deliver the agreed sales target.
- Manage the trade relationship while taking the strong leadership in
developing our business (brand) portfolio in the industry in the Region
- Develop a strong and competent field sales team in the Region to
execute powerful category strategies in the regional trade ( in
wholesalers and retailers)
- Demonstrate a strong leadership in the Japan Sales Team
