DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Defining successful corporate strategies and development of business
plans for M&A
- Analyzing processes and Clients' structures in order to advise on M&A
deals
- Participating in other projects aiming at improving the organizations
- Continuous development and raising new skills and knowledge in
designing as well as implementing new organizational solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in management consulting/advisory
services or banking, specifically focused on M&A
- Proven experience in one of the following: corporate strategies and
business plans, pricing, business model improvement, post merger
integration
- Ability to work effectively in a team with enthusiastic and positive
attitude
- Analytical skills and an ability to solve complex problems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Travel mobility.
