DESCRIPTION:
Job-Responsibilities:
1. Work with engineering manager to take over project assigned by him.
Work under his instruction to run the
project from feasibility to PPAP;
2. Carry out BLDC motor mechanical design, work with magnetic design
engineer and process engineer to
transfer product design from sample development to production;
3. Conduct the project work according to APQP and one-piece-flow
requirement;
4. Mainly work for BLDC projects in PDP team;
5. Liaise with customer to clarify the motor requirement and prepare QFD;
6. Propose the motor configurations and outline drawing for cost
estimation and customer approval;
7. Perform the BLDC motor mechanical design work and prepare all
drawings by CAD software (Solidwork);
8. Work with project manager to lead a project team (quality engineer
and process engineer) on project basis;
9. Handle customer complaints and do analysis and reporting work;
10. Leads one to two junior engineers for supporting their project work.
Job-Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or above in motor engineering, mechanical, electrical
or production and manufacturing;
2. More than 6 years working experience in motor or electrical appliance
engineering and manufacturing
related;
3. Excellent experience in product mechanical / plastic part /
electrical design / application use;
4. Good knowledge of PMDC or BLDC motor design and manufacturing, at
least 3 years;
5. Good analytic skill and reporting;
6. knowledge in DOE, DFMEA, TS16949, APQP, DFM;
