DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Auditing staff reimbursement report which upload into ORACLE and processing vendor invoices into ORACLE as well;
- Processing payment for vendor invoice;
- Working with customer services team to post sales invoice in accounting system and send invoice to customers;
- Booking cash payment from customer against customer invoice;
- Completing bank reconciliation before monthly closing;
- Preparing manual entry for monthly closing purpose;
- Completing monthly financial report;
- Following up the internal control process on daily basis;
- Assisting finance manager to finish statutory audit and tax audit.
Experience:
- At least 3 year experience in accounting and finance management;
- Ability to handle full set of accounts;
