DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute category marketing plan (in-line with seasonal planning process & calendar) that delivers against net margin and SKU efficiency targets.
-Create the final range selection from the global range and Japan Baseball ranges.
-Utilize appropriate consumer, customer, market and competitive analysis to support key decision making-pricing, distribution, and product mix.
-Develop strong and effective working relationships with key customer buying teams (ensuring one voice is maintained)
-Act as business owner and report monthly latest estimates by category to lead the achievement of business results
-Ensure category plans are executed in-line with seasonal planning process and are of high quality and detail
-Ensure commercial input and briefs to global product teams are of high quality and actionable
-Ensure key customer plans are included in category plans, and support the consolidation of category marketing pans into dedicates customer plans
-Deliver against key seasonal planning interfaces and handovers
-Manage in-season category performance and drive in-season initiatives where required
-Ensure data accuracy in the article master database
-Ensure process, procedures, and policies are adhered to
Experience:
- Baseball playing experience is must
- Marketing or Sales experience(at least 3 years)
- Passion for Baseball is must
- OA Skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
- International sense
