DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
1) Ensure that the best, most current, most compelling content is available on site
  • Localization of global digital sites into Japanese as required.
  • Create online campaigns for site key vertical categories if no global campaign exists.
  • Work with Global Digital Marketing teammates in addition to external vendors to identify the best content and provide it to the consumers
  • Leverage global content and ensure an approved local solution if necessary
2) Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding digital campaign planning.
  • Work with Global Digital Marketing, Category Marketing, Sports Marketing ,Retail Marketing, and others to understand upcoming communications and media priorities
  • Set timeframes for goals in digital marketing campaign. Create clear expectations regarding priority, timing, appearance, and expected outcomes for digital campaigns
3) Manage measurement programs for site and outbound messaging
  • Create campaign efficacy dashboard reports. Oversee report production, develop action plans for improvement, and distribute to managers and executive team
4) Manage associate team members
  • Potential to oversee Assistant Digital Manager
  • Set KPIs and Targets for respective team members
  • Organize 1-1 meetings to ensure proper management of subordinates

Experience:
  • At least 5 years experiences of Web/Mobile planning management/Digital Marketing or Digital Communication
  • Management Skills
