DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
1) Ensure that the best, most current, most compelling content is available on site
- Localization of global digital sites into Japanese as required.
- Create online campaigns for site key vertical categories if no global campaign exists.
- Work with Global Digital Marketing teammates in addition to external vendors to identify the best content and provide it to the consumers
- Leverage global content and ensure an approved local solution if necessary
- Work with Global Digital Marketing, Category Marketing, Sports Marketing ,Retail Marketing, and others to understand upcoming communications and media priorities
- Set timeframes for goals in digital marketing campaign. Create clear expectations regarding priority, timing, appearance, and expected outcomes for digital campaigns
- Create campaign efficacy dashboard reports. Oversee report production, develop action plans for improvement, and distribute to managers and executive team
- Potential to oversee Assistant Digital Manager
- Set KPIs and Targets for respective team members
- Organize 1-1 meetings to ensure proper management of subordinates
Experience:
- At least 5 years experiences of Web/Mobile planning management/Digital Marketing or Digital Communication
