DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
1) Manage the Baseball category apparel product creation cycle with a
vision for growth.
2) Strengthen communication and relationships with key internal/external
partners to improve product development efficiency and quality
3) Monitor developments in the baseball market / baseball consumer
segment needs and propose product solutions that help company to
capitalize on the changes to drive sales and brand image.
4) Accountability for baseball apparel target setting and achievement.
5) Understand relationship with BU baseball and global direction. Share
local plans and initiatives to ensure transparency and alignment when
possible.

Experience:
1) 3-5 years experience in apparel product management in a
baseball/sports related company.
2) A passion for baseball complimented by a strong understanding of the
baseball market, baseball consumer segments and their product needs
3) Strong communication & relationship management skills, and ability to
work with people from various business disciplines.
4) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on
high quality results within the given time constraints.
5) PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
