DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
1) Main support for SAP AFS MM
2) Proactive work on problem prevention in the area of SAP AFS MM
3) Helps the organization in technical area in our SAP AFS and
interfacing systems
4) Main support for SAP AFS MM Related Incidents.
5) Engagement with Japan clients, working with Regional/HQ Support as
necessary
to resolve indicent within SLA
6) Backup Support for EDI related incident / request with internal
business and external client
7) Backup Support for technical support on our TIBCO (Middle ware)/XI
Experience:
1) Communication and interaction with business & IT in a global environment
3) MS Office standard applications
4) Database management systems e.g. MS SQL Server or Oracle
5) ABAP experiences
6) SAP AFS SD support experience
