DESCRIPTION:
Develop and retain our Japanese business with Japanese owned corporate
(JOC) prospects and clients in China. Regional BDMs are currently based
in Tianjin (TJ), Beijing (BJ), Shanghai (SH) and Guangzhou (GZ).
The incumbent shall work via a matrix organization structure to sell
International SOS products and services to Japanese enterprises,
especially to those in manufacturing, electronics, financial services,
trading etc, located in Northern China.
Regional focus on Beijing, Tianjin and Dalian.
1. develop and maintain a strong client relationship for existing and
new clients
2. sell products and services to existing and new clients
3. cooperate with other internal teams while selling products and
services to clients
4. identify new profitable prospects in China
5. work with other team members during negotiation process to determine
proper pricing and service levels on product and services.
6. think outside the box while looking for prospects
7. Work with our colleagues in Tokyo as well to develop more JP business
across China
8. Help GM to make a new production and develop new market in CN and JP
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a sales position, dealing with MNC type
organizations in and/or outside Japan
- Excellent sales track record, continuously achieving and outperforming
set sales targets
- Results driven, self-motivated, ambitious
- Working in a multi-cultural international environment
- Having worked directly for a MNC
- Dealing with expatriates
