Responsibilities:
- Provide high level strategic marketing consultation to medical client
companies.
- Balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
- Effectively supervise an integrated team to achieve maximum client
satisfaction and program efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong program/project management skills.
- Proven experience providing proactive program/ account status updates
to client/internal teams, escalating issues to appropriate parties as
necessary
- Minimum five years of experience in account/brand management in the
pharmaceutical/healthcare communication sector
- Strong knowledge of pharma brand strategy, medical education,
interactive marketing, & pharma sales/marketing operations
- Experience with pharma regulatory & legal review processes
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with high-level decision makers,
senior managers, and managing complex initiatives involving multiple
diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture
- Mature, credible, and comfortable dealing with senior company executives
- Results-oriented leader with a clear focus on high quality and success
metrics
- Ability to work effectively with U.S. business; lead coordination with
US cross-functional team
