DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
Provide functional SAP support to business users and Process Owners by
identifying system issues and addressing as required, assisting site
leaders to support day to day activities, and managing & resolving
end-user issues/concerns.
Coordinate enhancements and configuration changes if needed.
Register tickets and comply with the procedures and methodologies of the
IT department. Issue periodic reports with metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
Functional knowledge in one or more of the following SAP modules: MM
(preferably), FICO, AP, AR, CO, AA, TR.
Experience working with SAP implementations - have done end to end
implementation needed.
Experience in projects: project definition, analysis, design, testing,
training, implementation."
