DESCRIPTION:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop & execute comprehensive Business Plan including Sales and Marketing Strategy for Japan OEM Partners (Fujitsu Group, Hitachi Group and NEC Group) which supports Country Overall Growth Goal.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationship with Japan OEM partners' OSS/Middleware/Cloud Computing division key personnel, their executives and related sales teams, and motivate all of them to drive business
3. Hire, assign, develop and coach appropriate talented sales personnel and build strong Japan OEM team to drive OEM partners
4. Demonstrate strong leadership in general management as one of Japan Leadership
Team members.
5. Build new business with Japan OEM partners for new products, service and
solutions.
6. Communicate regularly with GDB (Global Development Div.), BU(Business Unit)
and HQ executives and Japan Leadership Team to inform them of Japan OEM partners'
opportunities, issues, requirements in order to aggressively promote Japan OEM business
expansion
