DESCRIPTION:

PURPOSE
- To be responsible to achieve revenue target from each client
- To lead the sales activities with key clients to achieve revenue and other benchmark targets working closely with Senior Business Development Manager
- To develop and execute business strategies to meet the requirements from both clients and Visa
- To be responsible to act as a first contact of Visa to deal with potential business opportunities and issues, working closely with the other departments in Tokyo office and Regional office

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for account planning and submission of product propositions to Client for consideration.
- Recommend strategy for securing individual Client commercial agreements
- Develop individual business case justification for investment decisions and propose to both Country and Regional Management for approval.
- Participate in local executive, marketing and operations committee meetings and provide interface between Visa and Clients.
- Manage ongoing level of Client support and control internal and external visits by Visa staff and alliance partners with key Client personnel.
- Support and work with Senior Business Development Manager, as and when required, to achieve team's goal & objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Business Degree in business / Marketing field
- + 5 years business experience
- Negotiating and Presentation skills
- Good knowledge / Experience of Banking business
- Advertising, general management and business strategy experience
- Data processing and analysis
- Financial management
- Project management
- Computer literate with PowerPoint, Excel, Word Outlook and internet skills
- Relationship Management skills with general sales experience.
- Commitment, Confidence and ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Self-driven, team player.
