DESCRIPTION:
PURPOSE
- As a Manager of Commercial Solution team of Tokyo office specializing in SME products and B2B acceptance, the person is responsible to manage the challenging plan to grow the Small Business products business for Japan by increasing the numbers and usage, and by launching new B2B acceptance initiatives.
- The person is responsible for the required financial and business results for SME products and B2B acceptance, to ultimately grow SME products PV and Net Revenue.
- The person is fully responsible for implementation for the 5-year Small Business expansion plan to be rolled out, by managing the entire process of the project starting from detailed planning of a variety of required and relevant activities, to those implementation and execution, managing various internal and external stakeholder relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management
- Over 5 year experience in corporate finance, business development in commercial banks or equivalent
- Or over 3 year experience in consulting firm as consultant or equivalent
- Familiar with retail financial business overall, preferably payment industry
- Familiar with basic SME business processes namely credit risk assessment, accounting and IT management processes
- Basic IT literacy sufficient to develop commercial products & solution plans including hi-level and detailed level components, and coordinate it within our organizations and with clients and other related stakeholders
- Understanding and experience in treasury and accounting are appreciated
- Understanding and experience in MIS, ERP, Procurement, expense management are appreciated
- Understanding and experience in underwriting, credit scoring for SME segment are appreciated.
- Proficient in most business applications including PowerPoint
