Position: Enterprise Sales Director, Japan

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all sales and business development activities for Enterprise product lines in assigned territory
- Provide mentorship, guidance and skill development for the team; also provide a clear vision and context for market opportunities that exist, or may exist in Japan
- Drives achievement of sales objectives include sales volume, channel development and management, new business development and management of existing revenue streams
- Prepare accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans to significantly grow Enterprise revenue in Japan
- Work closely with marketing, product management and other related parties to develop local pricing strategies, sales campaigns and any other tools required to be successful in the assigned territory
- Regular visit key existing partners/ customers, actively involve in the recruitment of key new partners
- Coordinate company resources to ensure the proper use and level of pre-sales technical support
- Ensure sales support staff receive training needed to be technically knowledgeable of company's products
- Oversees the identification of the business and IT needs of key accounts and prospect and ensure pre-sales technical services are in place to meet those needs

Requirements:
- 15 years experience with increased responsibility within a well established organization (global company preferred)
- 5-10 years sales management and business development experience
- 5–10 years direct sales & channel development experiences in IT industry
- Excellent management skills to supervise the team's performance in the territory
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, human relations, presentation and organization skills
- Familiar with PCs and various software applications
- Strong relationship builder with both internal and external constituents
- Hands on ability to close large deals and to negotiate complex business terms
