DESCRIPTION:

Location: Tokyo, Japan

Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement communication plan.
- Comprised of advertising, PR and event.
- Plan and implement media strategy and customer communication.
- Plan and execute product introduction plan.
- Approach and implement collaboration projects.
- Coordinate and execute events and exhibitions.
- Supervise the Internet Marketing activities
- Submit the periodical (monthly / quarterly / annually) reports
- Establish efficient communication with key partners.
- Build strong relationship with key agencies to accelerate market presence of the brands.
- Co-work with wholesale and retail to plan, implement VMD, fixture/POP planning and other in-store marketing plans.
- Communicate with market key players to gather information, find hot items/characteristics, and provide feed back to product development team.

REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Good understanding of brand marketing.
- Has fit in character to action sports, young and aggressive.
- Good knowledge of surf and snow activities.
- Working experience in sporting goods industry is "not" required, but essential if enjoys action sports in private.
- Experience in co-working with key marketing agencies is essential.
- Must be a strong communicator, in Japanese and English.
- Strong communicator among key parties.
- Professional in presentation.
- Facilitate well in stressed meeting.
- Must have on-hands approach, independent working style.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with an ability to facilitate dialog and collaborate effectively in teams. (Japan, US and Australia)
- Able to find issues, proactively seek and implement solutions.
- Experience in global business enterprise or PR agency is a plus.
- Familiar with PC(Microsoft office, Photoshop, illustrator), basic understanding of graphics and design.
